If you'll notice, when Sanford and Deimos pull up to Hank's dead corpse, Deimos flips down his headset, talks into it, nods, and THEN picks up Hank. Also, it looks like he has some kind of radio transmitter box-thing on his back.
Any ideas on this?

Hank and Jesus aren't coming back to life on their own. Some one seems to be on their side. Notice that Jesus isn't suddenly alive in this one, and if you watch some of the other episodes, Hank does seem to have "allies". For example, in MC5 I believe that at the end in the fight against the Clown two dudes drive up in a car and drop him a sword before being squished. I think Sanford and Deimos are two of a larger organization that is sort of the rebel to the oppressor that is the Auditor.
